A battery replacement takes around 30 minutes. We fit Seiko leak-proof batteries, which help protect the movement and extend the life of your watch. We also inspect and lubricate gaskets and test water resistance, so your watch stays properly sealed.
Strap replacement
Swap a worn strap for a new HIRSCH leather one, made in Austria and built for everyday comfort.
Parts replacement
When a part needs replacing, we use genuine components sourced directly from the brands, so your watch stays authentic. This includes:

Drop off your watch at any of our 10 Watch Works stores across the UAE.
Assessment and estimate
Our team checks your watch and gives you an estimate showing the work required, the cost and how long it will take. Once you approve it, we'll get started.
The work
Quick fixes are handled in store. Complete services and repairs go to our main service centre, with daily collections from every Watch Works store to keep turnaround times short.
Ready to collect
We'll call and email you when your watch is ready. Collect it from the store where you dropped it off.
